1:1 Private Sexual Empowerment Coaching

 Before doing private coaching with Michelle, I was conflicted about some of my s*xual needs as I had experienced a bit of a spiritual bypass. I struggled with self confidence in the form of body movement as well as clarity & trusting & honoring my internal compass & while coaching with her, I experienced a greater sense of embodiment and connection. 

Michelle was amazing at sharing wisdom, knowledge, and her own experience to remind me that everything I am experience is normal and expected in this day and age which alleviated so much pressure I was putting on myself. She always made me feel held, I even felt safe to emote and be vulnerable. Michelle provided me with many useful resources & fun "homeplay", I really loved how she framed our practise to be fun & playful.  She holds space beautifully but can also have a more masculine approach in her coaching if you need that. I have a much greater understanding of myself now that I have had the guidance of Michelle.

 HOW KELSEY FELT SAFER & GROUNDED AFTER AN EMBODIED VISUALIZATION PRACTICE!

Kelsey, a spiritual business coach, did a VITA Method "Five Senses Reality and Body Mind Mapping” embodied practice in order for her to picture her dream life and to see if there’s any ways her body was subconsciously blocking her from reaching her business goals because of fear!

As she explains in the video, the practice I led her through was mind-blowing and brought her a great breakthrough! 

Kelsey had tried various embodied practices before with visualizations and she's never gotten so much out of these practices.

She was anxious and nervous at the beginning of the practice but she found that my calming voice & the space that I provided helped her feel safe enough to share vulnerably with me about what was going on in her body.

She shared that she felt a knot of discomfort in her body when she thought about her business goals.  By the end of the practice she said she literally felt this knot dissolve! 

Kelsey said that she's a very spiritual person & very into "woo woo witchy sh*t" but experiencing the embodied practice that I led her through was "f*cking mind-blowing!"

I have been working with Michelle 1 on 1 for several months now, I have struggled to express my needs wants and desires and didn’t even know what they were.
